Story Time!

"A favourite family tradition of mine is having my mum read to us. When I was home I brought a lot of books and we read them together on trips or at the end of the day - or all day on Saturday. I'd read The Hunger Games before and thought it would be a good one for my mum to read to my dad. I thought because it has a strong female character in a boyish story meant they'd both like it. And I was right! The next book is in the post :) I'll be sure to get on Skype for my weekly dose of the mumma's reading." - Laura

The first night I read one chapter and thought, "I can't read this!" The thought of all those kids killing each other kept me awake all night. So I left it for a few days and then picked it up again. It was so gripping I read it in less than a week.

I work full time or it would have taken me a day lol. Looking forward to second one.

Just singing in the rain, I'm singing in the rain, still singing in the rain, singing in the rain.
All it ever does is rain....
